Now pizza is baked in the oven on the stone at the temperature above 300 С. It comes out to cook it very fast and with right burned slightly edge — just like it must be.

Pаn-Pizza has got marketable state finally. It is good already and it has right atmosphere, we will add some more nuances and it will be perfect.
Pizzeria — what is it? If to define from the viewpoint of assortment then it is quite clear here: pizza prevails… But it is not always like this. If to define from the viewpoint of guests, then it is too many versions and different pizzerias are for different gusts respectively. If to define from the viewpoint of very pizza then it is just like in the second question… A part of guests needs «many», another part needs «cheap», and only somebody needs pizza. Taking into account that pizza as a product still provokes a lot of arguments and conflicting views I’ll risk to suppose that unique definition is absent. Because thin and puffy pastry, leavened or unleavened, with mozzarella or Parmesan, or without any cheese at all… all this is pizza. Wikipedia says that pizza is Italian dish in the form of round opened pie… So, in this case oval pizza is not entirely pizza now… or any round pie with toppings is pizza… It’s wrong. Also Italian origin of pizza is rather a myth then fact. Similar dish is present almost in every culture. If the difference just in the name, then it provokes questions… I am engaged in pizza already 17 years. Within this period of time I have tasted and cooked a few thousands of pizzas. Those things which are on point in Italy provoke impecuniousness in Kiev and vice versa. Thus one can affirm that pizzeria can have standard perception-description within city/target group solely. Taking into account special features of internet community I’ll risk to suppose that here opinions will vary here also. So, what is called pizza in Odessa and what examples of excellent product you can recommend? What is called pizzeria in Odessa and what pizzerias warrant their names fully for a long time? Correspondingly I’m ready for criticism of my own trademark-product-restaurant «Pаn-Pizza». By the way we bring our pizzeria at Ekaterininskaya Street to marketable state.
