If to consider the word combination «target group» from the viewpoint of purchasing capacity, then I can tell the following story. Recently I saw such a picture at «Dаcha»: at the first table sat twine producer from Moldova and the owner of big retail company with the girls of age up to 23 years, at the second table sat the owner of small pharmacy with his family. At the third table sat a company of advertising agency staff at one more table the owner of pharmaceutical company who sometimes orders the food to his own plane, at other tables sat more some people with creative enough professions. At the same time there was a birthday party of a child form doctor’s family and a small banquet of the resident of Kiev who has mentioned the position of her husband working at the executive personnel when she made the order…
A few tables were occupied by the tourists with indefinite professions and by girls with impressive appearance and attractive age. The restaurant was busy and average yearly income of some guests looked like the budget of the city, and the income of another guests hasn’t exceeded $ 800 per month. If to take into account the fact that minimum 5 girls surely don’t have job in principle and more a few guests of male sex were too young for considerable salaries then it is impossible to say who visit Dacha from the viewpoint of purchasing capacity in principle. On the other hand the purchasing capacity never determine who and how much spend except who and how much earn.
So my fellows from 7 km regularly have a meal at Uzbek cuisine at the cost 50-60 UAH and they never visit «Dаcha» and try to bring their vodka to «Cоmpot»,and at that they have 30 containers and they are owners of a few shops in the city. One more imposing friend occupies himself with «envelops» but he eats only local sushi and sometimes drink beer at the beach cheep bars.
The choice is determined not only by the quantity of money and not always.
It is interesting for me to know your opinions about what determines the choice?

Nаrodnoe radio together with the
sponsors have organized rather interesting holiday at «Dacha» last Sunday. Everything happened under the aegis of Pancake week but in the point of fact the holiday turned into the cocktail from St. Valentine’s Day and expected Pesach

At the end of the holiday they have burned down the effigy of winter but that did not reflect at all on the Monday’s weather.

An interesting finding, vodka for this holiday was provided by Khortytsa, but in spite of that the quantity of vodka was with a vengeance people drank mainly cranberry liqueur but not pepper vodka from the bottles with label. The tablewear was not breaken almost but someone has torn the head from the sculpture of armless Young Communist.

Photography carries away in a moment . In our office 5 cameras have been bought by the employees within rather short time. All of them are Canon. Almost full line: 500D — two cameras , 50D — one camera and one camera 5D and 5D Mark II. I do not count simple hand-held cameras and cameras with unchangeble lenses because every employee has it. The self-training goes on so fast, that not so long ago Каtya confused the exposure with aperture and today her photos sometimes more interesting and more emotional than the photos of some local professionals. The shades can be cleaned and softened, to correct a little the back and the photos can be send to Russian Gastronom when we will obtain their assent to publish Ukrainian authors…

The last full stops in the New Year holidays has been putted at Dacha. And this time without consultations and help.

The team of the restaurant has develped the scenario by themsselves and they have organized an excellent show. It was a little naive, a little funny, a little sad but boundlessly sincere and merry in Dacha style. The guests have danced together with the team. The cooks have changed their clothes and sung in their free time. The deputy manager was the Father Frost and all administrators were the Snow Maidens and other characters of the holiday. Borya was a hare. It was impeccably good in the atmosphere and on the table. Аnd also I have recieved mail with compliments to the restaurant. But nevertheless the guests have reminded that the jellied minced meat has been finished exactly when they wanted to order it. By the way, this year the jellied mineced meat at Dacha was irreproachable.
