The web site of the producer was found in the Internet quickly, expectedly the company has a big history.

Today we tasted the Guliev wines in the Steakhouse. Everything was interesting and delicious.
We have compared the wines represented in the wine list of the restaurant between each other and also we have tasted some of Guliev wines. Now we consider the question of the addition of the wine list of the restaurant with new items of wines from Bolshaya Dolina.

After the search of clean sea water in Sergeevka on the way back we went to look for impressions to the winery Shabo.
The owner - Odessa’s businessman VG have made many things and have invested a lot of money within 4 years.
And the strategy “The centre of wine culture” more then ambitious especially in the country where the every second understands the word culture as local Entertainment Centre with the halfdances, halffights and after the home-distilled vodka or like the La Gioconda on the key ring.

The tour was conducted by the director of the Centre. At the beginning of the tour it was insipid enough to listen to the bullshit which was prepared by the marketers for the tourist’s ears. But when the story was finished and we just have taken a walk along the territory there were a lot of things which we liked and which stayed in our memory.
First of all the Moldavians engaged in the native construction work on the heat…Joking apart but everything is made by them. Secondly the sulfury smell in the cellar with Sherry and of course the very fountain in the ”wrapper” made from the stainless steel with the various stamped signs like from the movie of Night Shyamalan…
The fountain is started up with the help of control panel when the excursionists alredy inside the cylinder. Then the music and light are turn on and 10-15 minutes the water height is increases programmed. This water height imitates the fermentation of wine as the director told us.
And the commercial film counted on the naive foreign ears has stayed in my memory also.
We did not stay for the tasting as we were tired after Sergeevka. And it is not my cup of tea to taste the wine to the bulshit.
In whole it is worth… I am sure that “the regions” will be delighted with this. And the tourists from the near abroad will believe in the ”local wine culture” faster then the residents of Odessa-Kiev, the townspeople, in short.
