If you want to boil water:

• Place a pan with water on the heat
• Put electric water heater in the pan
• SClose tightly the lid
• Heat the lid let us supose by the hairdryer
• Turn on the heating in the kitchen
• Turn off the air-conditioners
• Fill in chinks in the doors and windows
• Check the front door
• Invite somebody to the kitchen and let him breathe

Or pour out boiling water  in the pan…
