Maybe I did not write about this earlier
but I have worked as a cook and as a works manager
begining from army and till the moment when I have been engaged
in the restaurant business.

After the army  I have worked with very gifted manager Stysis М.А.
Unfortunately, at that time the respective authority have been interested in such persons very fast …

The new pastry cook creates in our restaurant. Today we tasted several desserts and cakes.

It’s a real plesure to see and to taste

The restaurant have been created and edited over а period of 11 years.

The very first version was the juice bar changed a little with 11 tables and the terrible bar made from  plywood with green table top.

We even did not change the door.

here you can see several photoes which were made after the opening immediately.

Then we have expanded and have added to the building new parts several times.

All the qustions concerning the reconstruction become a thing of the past.

Now the stuff is on the agenda solely.

About the decor:

This picture have appeared in the Steakhouse in 2007 уear.

The author Lera Fokina has seen me through the lenses of her own ideas about the world.

And I was able to see myself  as ruddy-cheeked, emaciated hare with the bow tie made from the dollar .

And below you can see the rarity.

This is the very first decor in the restaurant ”Steakhouse. Meat and Wine”

It  was placed in 1998 year.

Below you can see the sign of the restaurant.

It was designed and made by Fokina also.

I have left the hat by accident in the decent and fashionable enough Indian restaurant in London.

The sweater is at home but it is moth-eaten

The jacket I have given up to someone because I was tired of it

The shirt is wear out but I liked it very much

The flyer from Tate Modern was not saved also.

The camera with the help of which I have taken the pictures is in the commission department of one shop already 5 months and it is still for sale.

It is still hot in the kitchen, we should add more air-conditioners…  And I don’t like huge burners, I am used to work with more economical ones. I am cooking on the Viking’s stove at home .
