The last lesson of child culinary school in this year will take place tomorrow at «Dacha».
Also it will be the last lesson of our culinary school «Meat&Wine» in this semester and in this year.If everything was quite understandabe with the school for adults (we had the experience of the last year) then with child school it was not quite understandable at the begining. We have planned a few trial lessons within the summer holidays. The first experience was a success and we have addeded new lessons to the program of child school.

The subjects for a new semester for adult and child schools are disscussing now.
So if you have any ideas about it — please write to me, I will be greatful.

Children culinary school «Milk&Cheese»

is oriented to the children  at the age 7-12 years old. The learning will allow to the children  to get the knowledge about health food and also to learn the first simple recipes which will help to the young students to grow into the real gourmets. The lessons of the school will be  conducted in the groups no more then 20 persons. The lesson  will be divided in two parts, each past will last  45 minutes  with the break which duration is 15 minutes.

At the first lesson of the school the young cooks will learn to cook the dough, to work with the rolling pin and also they will cook by themselves the apple baked  in the daugh and the salad. At the next lessons of the course the young cooks will prepare favourite dishes of all children: mashed potatoes with  chicken cutlet and assorted vegetables. Also they will  cook the pancakes with filling, also they will make  cookies and will learn to cook by themselves  food to the party for their friends.

These people decided to themselves that they will live in Ukraine because they raise money here. But all of them spend their money and have a rest there, they have the houses overseas, their wifes and children  spend a lot of time there. And we are trying to do everything so that they will have a good time in our  restaurants also. There are a lot of such people in Ukraine. It is comfortable for them to pour the vodka, to sell the wheat, to be the deputies etc. here. They have provided themselves with the culture – they can distinguish the olive oil from «oleyna», thee can select right and drink a wine, smoke a cigars and of course they prefer perfect to moderate.

Our guests learn together with us already a year. They learn to choose the food. They learn to cook  wholesome and delicious food in the School.

And also the guests have taught me in person much.
