Pappardelle with Pecorino and a drop of the best Tuskan oil. The best recommendations of those who are an experts in making and eating of pasta. It is immodest to compliment, but in this case I liked it too.

P.S. on the video is 24-month old Parmesan, but I’m writing about Pecoriniно because I tasted pasta exactly in Pecorino cheese.

Toworrow in the morning about 10. 30 a.m. at Deribasovskaya street at the coner of Gavannaya street will be finished the preparation for eighth feast of Tuscan cuisine!

For the sake of it you can be late for work,

For the sake of it  you can forget about morning family duty

For the sake of it in the evening you can borrow from your neighbours 30 dollars till payday

For the sake of it you can return your tickets for morning trip to Mayaki or even to Kiev

For the sake of it you can spit upon aerobics and swimming pool

For the sake of it you can take the camera from home

There is lack of architects-disigners-joiners-metalwokers and other SPESIALISTS in the city. And at that not only in our city.

A huge quantity of students finishes Departments of Architecture and three-month courses for designers. The vocational schools where student get the profession of jointers and metalworkers are also overfilled. These professions aren’t so prestigious long long long unlike to be a policeman or manager for example. And those people who earned money by manual labour have changed the profession or country.

Only firm and adapted peoples have stayed. So the more it was interesting to talk with Denis Belenko about rather rare and refined difficult work in the technique verre eglomise. This technique even perceived bad in Russian… It isn’t found at all. Advertising agencies work on the principle oracal+neon+acrylic. Sometimes they can add engraving or plotter cutting.

In spite of that it was very long; the work is made exactly like in the idea.

So, let’s wait for autumn… the leaves will fall off, the residents of Odessa will raise their eyes to our façade and the restaurant «Steakhouse. Meat&Wine» will be even more recognizable.

The additions to the menu will come soon.

This time about things from Steakhouse…

Let’s begin from the toilet. In a burst of feelings the guests often walk away with the flowers. Apparently, the bunch of flowers from a toilet is romentic. I imagine very vividly how somebody presents them to a lady…

As many people feel shy to measure in the toilet, they don’t feel shy to carry off the ruler  from the men’s room, which hangs there on a chain. In 2010 year were carried off 8 rulers.

Mixer tap. Thankfully only 1 so far.

Sings. Just like in Compote, it is new trend.

Ashtrays. On the average disappears 1 piece per month.

Everything which is sold in the Steak Shop. Still untouched are upper shelves which you can’t reach without stepladder.

Covers of the pillows. Only 1 precedent.

Support for toothpicks. We often order new ones.
