Eggplant rolls ("tongues")
For some reason, this dish we call in Odesa "mother-in-law tongues". I do not know whose mother-in-law is meant and what the relation have eggplants to her tongue, but the woman was not as bad, judging by the taste of the final product. I usually serve this dish on the next day after cooking as a cold appetizer, not too greasy, but a substantial snack.
