To cook and to share with your own culinary experience are two big differences, as we say in Odesa. And it is still unknown what is more difficult. But together we will certainly cope!

 

All the recipes that I present to your attention, I have repeatedly worked out - in the restaurant kitchen and at home. To make it work, I strongly recommend you strictly follow the instructions and use exactly the  same products that are prescribed. After all, if instead of farm cheese (brynza)   you take the Dutch cheese, instead of bell peppers jalapeño, and instead of an hour keep the dish in oven for half an hour, then you get a completely different dish. Perhaps tasty too, but not a fact. Read, cook, taste and listen to compliments from your guests. Enjoy your meal!

Hundreds and thousands of words were written about French, Italian, Asian, American cuisines. Each state declares the existence of its own, unique cuisine, even if it has learned only how to simmer lamb and bake potatoes. Odesa should not be modest. There is no second city in the world where they would love to eat so much, argue about food and to cook, of course.
